Payment Terms
- 90% deposit at the time of purchase.
- Remaining 10% plus any additional purchases or approved incidentals due at the time Leisure Life has completed their obligation based on your purchase.
Payment Terms - Hot Tub/Swim Spa, Above Ground Pools , Ultimate Pools
- Full amount less $ 1000 due at acceptance.
- Remaining $ 1000 plus any additional purchases or approved incidentals are due prior to or at delivery.
- Deposits are non-refundable if order cancelled beyond 3 days following deposit payment. Any fees assessed to or costs incurred by Leisure Life for cancellation of your order will be deducted from amount to be refunded.
If you are financing the purchase your lender may require alternative terms.
Pre-Order Payment Terms - Fiberglass Pools
- 10% deposit at the time order is placed - if project is cancelled 30 days or more prior to requested ship date, deposit less $1000 will be refunded. Within 30 days of ship date, no refund of deposit.
- Balance of all funds due Leisure Life must be paid 14 days in advance of requested ship date.
